Visit six Glaciers including Wilkinson and Ramsay Glaciers and Ivory Lake nestled in the Southern Alps providing breathtaking scenery. The snow melt from the Glacier creates an unbelievable and unspoiled crystal clear water with the most beautiful turquoise colour of the lakes and rivers. These sites of vast expanses of native bush and beautiful alpine terrain is worth a flight to see. Landings are available on alpine plateaus with breathtaking views on your return home.

Hiking and Tramping –

Precision Helicopters LTD offers our services to trampers and hikers, including pick up and drop off’s at different huts, or food deliveries – we do it all! The Southern Alps has terrific walks and amazing well maintained huts for accommodation. Contact us and we can point you in the right direction.

World Class Kayaking –

Directly beyond our base are world class kayaking rivers. From moderate to extreme kayaking, these glacier rivers have got it all. Thrilling kayaking adventures that put us at the edge of our seats, with mesmerizing views. Our B2 Squirrel can accommodate up to five kayakers and three kayaks per trip. We can offer quotes to numerous rivers in and around Hokitika and the West Coast area. We will also fly your gear and food into huts for any planned overnight trips.
